Yes! Our staff are multilingual and, depending on the day of the week, we have staff that speak various languages. We speak fluent German, English, Croatian and Serbien, we understand Italien and other slawic languages

All the stock from the online shop is the same at the Vienna shop so if an item says 'Out Of Stock', we will not have it at Wollsalon in Vienna either. We don't have all our products online so in shopyou have more options.

Feel free to either email us or call the VIenna shop +43 664 444 69 05. We can give you an estimate of when it should be delivered and take your details so we can give you a call or email you when it is back in stock.

Wollsalon posts parcels all over the world. We send all parcels by Post and those can be tracked.

Postage fees are based on weight and size of each parcel. When you order from the online shop it takes off VAT, if appropriate, and adds on delivery charges based on where it is going. You are shown a breakdown of all fees before you click the ‘confirm order’ button.

Wollsalon is happy to take back items bought in the shop, if they are in perfect condition, for an exchange or shop credit. Online orders may have a full refund but please email the shop to let us know why it is being returned and make sure to add all of your contact details with the returned parcel. Please note that printed items, such as patterns, books and magazines, are not returnable. Please visit our page on shipping and returns.

If a class is sold out or not available at any time and you are interested in being put on a waiting list, should a place come up or a new class be scheduled, please feel free to ring the shop or email us to let us know. We'll be happy to take your details and let you know if a place opens up or when new dates are organised.

Feel free to ring or email us and we'll be happy to take your order over the phone if you can't make it to the Vienna shop. We can post the voucher to either you or the recipient. The vouchers can be used both at the shop and online.

The best way to find out what other yarns are suitable for a specific pattern is by looking at the gauge on the original pattern and the needle size. You can look for a yarn by weight - 4ply / fingering, Aran / worsted, Chunky / bulky, DK / Double Knit, Lace, Sock or Sportweight - either on our website or through google or Ravelry, to find a comparable yarn thickness that will work with your pattern.
