Valentina Cosciani “Tibisay” lives and works in Trieste. After graduating from school, she embarked on an artistic path and exhibited her silk painting works both in Italy and abroad. After a professional break, Valentina Cosciani concentrated on her second passion: knitting. When designing her models, she applies the experiences from her artistic work in dealing with shapes and colors, so that handcraft, art and fashion are harmoniously combined. Valentina Cosciani has specifically dealt with the personalization of the models and the adaptation to the physical characteristics of every woman. In addition, Valentina Cosciani is a co-founder and current president of the Stitch’nd Spritz Trieste association and promotes and preserves traditional handicrafts.
